About Higher Rights Advocacy

Higher Rights advocacy gives the client the benefit of having the equivalent of a Barrister to advise from the start of a case to the finish, whether it be in the Small Claims Court or in the Supreme Court.

Francis received the Higher Rights qualification based upon his Civil and his Family Law Litigation experience and with the support of the Judiciary. We are capable of dealing with Civil Litigation Matters including contractual disputes, personal injury (on a no win no fee basis), and employment matters. In addition we have experience in compromise agreements, arbitration and a broad range of company commercial negotiation, advocacy and drafting.

“I asked Frank to undertake some work for me initially last year, which he completed with his team on time and budget. As I have grown to know what he has to offer, I have given him further work, and I must say that the results are great. He is tenacious and knows his subject well, and I am glad to have him on my side.”
