Civil Litigation (or dispute resolution) is a dispute between two or more parties that is resolved through negotiation and/or the court process. In most cases this will involve a financial settlement at the end.
At our Witney and Swindon offices we have a highly experienced team of civil litigation lawyers, led by Asif and Francis.
