Frank, Emma, Sian and Jessica recently pledged to run, walk, cycle or swim every day in November. This was to raise funds for The Harbour Project, Threshold Housing and Swindon Food Collective. They all reached the target after a very cold, wet month, raising awareness and money for these 3 excellent charities.
