Francis George - LLB (Hons), Managing Director and Solicitor-Advocate
Having graduated in law from Hull in 1992 Francis carried out Post Graduate work in Management and worked at the Sailors Family Society.
Having travelled he returned to the College of Law, York and then joined fullagarbrooks solicitors, where he cut his teeth as a Civil Litigator. He then joined Stanger, Stacey and Mason in a similar role prior to joining Richard Griffiths and Co where he became a Partner and the Head of Litigation. Personally listed in the Legal 500 2006 Francis formed the firm in 2007. Francis is the Chair of the local Resolution Committee.
He is a keen rugby player/fan of both codes and a prime mover in one of Rugby Leagues newest clubs Swindon St.George. He has enjoyed progressing through Tae Kwon Do belts and has now attained a first Dan black firstname.lastname@example.org
Asif Robbani - LLB (Hons) LLM, Director and Solicitor-Advocate
Asif graduated from the University of Glamorgan and has a Masters degree from Cardiff University. Asif is a senior member of the litigation team and a Director of the firm with a particular interest in personal injury, employment and company commercial disputes. He has experience in a wide range of advocacy and commercial dispute resolution and has recently qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate. He now prides himself on assisting his civil litigation clients from the start of their case until the conclusion. Emma George BA (Hons) CIMA - Director of Finance
Emma graduated from Hull University with a degree in Geography and qualified as a CIMA Accountant in 2001 whilst on The NHS Graduate Financial Management Training Scheme. She then worked within finance in The NHS for a number of years.
She has been providing financial, business and IT support for the firm since it opened and is the Finance Director.
Emma has 3 children and lives in Swindon. Her interests include running, skiing, reading and holidaying as much as firstname.lastname@example.org
Francesca Rowland - BA (Hons) F Cilex – Director and Chartered Legal Executive
Francesca has worked at the firm since it opened in 2008. In this time she has studied at Southampton University and achieved a 2:1 degree in Criminology. She continued to work at the firm whilst studying and upon completing her degree decided to continue to study in the field of law. Francesca has now completed her CILEX qualification and is a qualified lawyer and Director of the firm.
She is an experienced member of the family department and is able to advise on all matrimonial and children matters.

Ashley Perkins BA – Conveyancing Solicitor
A graduate from the University of Toronto. Since joining the profession he has been a specialist conveyancer in all aspects of residential property for upwards of 40 years. Coming from a keen sporting family and having played cricket, golf, squash and tennis, he still remains a keen supporter.
Kelly Rogers LLB (Hons) - Civil Litigation Solicitor
Kelly Rogers is a senior member of the litigation team. A former partner at Pollecoff Solicitors in London she is a graduate of Kingston University and carried out post graduate work at Bristol University. Ross Peters BA(Hons)- Family and Probate Solicitor
Ross received a First Class degree in Journalism from Teesside University and completed his Graduate Diploma in Law at UWE. He works as a Solicitor for the Family and Probate departments wowing clients with his shorthand skills. Ross is able to advise in relation to all aspects of family law as well as complex estates. He is an avid rugby player and fan having played for England Colleges, his County at junior and senior levels and enjoys long walks on the email@example.com
Jess Howell LLB (Hons) - Family Associate Legal Executive
Jessica graduated from Cardiff University in 2015 with a 2:1 degree in Law LLB. After working as a medical receptionist for a year, she began working at the Firm in September 2016 as a Paralegal in the Family department. Alongside working and being a full time member of the team, Jessica has commenced the ILEX qualifications to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
In her spare time Jessica enjoys kickboxing, weekends away and spending time with her family & friends.
Adrian Jones LLB (Hons) - Probate Paralegal
Having relocated from Herefordshire Adrian joined Francis George Solicitor Advocate in April 2018. He graduated with a law degree from Staffordshire University in 2012, which he studied part time while he was employed in the Trading Standards and Licensing Sections of Herefordshire Council.
Adrian subsequently joined a reputable firm of solicitors in Herefordshire in 2015 as a Private Client Paralegal and gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of Private Client Law. At the same time, he also studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham, passing October 2017.
Adrian’s ultimate ambition is to qualify as a Private Client Solicitor in the near future.

Sian Kalynka LLB (Hons) - Family Trainee Solicitor
Sian studied at the University of Plymouth where she graduated with a law degree in 2006 and went on to study and complete her Legal Practice Course in 2008. Sian returned to Swindon in 2009 and joined Wiltshire Police as the Licensing Officer for Swindon. After nearly 10 years with Wiltshire Police, Sian joined the firm in April 2018 as a Paralegal in the family department.

Lisa Barlow - Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Lisa had been with the firm for 7 years. Prior to this she worked with Intel.

Julie Butcher - Senior Family Consultant
Julie initially trained at Townsends (now Thrings, one of the leading regional firms) and qualified in 2002, Julie spent 4 years at Bevirs Solicitors before joining the firm. Julie has many years of experience within the field of family law.
She is a specialist in all aspects including divorce, finance, children and domestic violence and regularly attends Court on behalf of Clients.

Jenny Seviour - Senior Family Consultant
Jenny is married with two children. She has practised family law in Swindon for 30 years and is well respected and liked by both lawyers and clients. She was with Townsends (now Thrings) for 20 years and Bevirs for 10 years. She is committed to finding a resolution of issues that is fair and cost effective. Her experience of life equips her to deal with the problems her clients face throughout their legal process and to enable them to move forward with their life and see their position in a positive light. Jenny is now enjoying her retirement but provides holiday cover for the family team.
Mark Davies - Consultant
Mark is a non-practising former Solicitor who specialises in Insurance and Financial Services work. A graduate from Cambridge he was a Solicitor and Advisor to Zurich Financial Services before becoming a Consultant. Mark is happy to advise on a number of areas including PPI, Interest Swap Agreements and Contracts of Insurance. A formidable negotiator and Legal intellectual, Marks advice and assistance are invaluable to the Litigation team.
Corinne Hornett - Receptionist

Alison Allen - Accounts Assistant
Ali joined the firm in November 2017 working in the Accounts Department. Previous to this she was an Accounts Assistant at Zurich for 12 years. She completed her AAT qualification in 2007 and is now a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Outside of work Ali enjoys running and spending time with her family and friends.
Louise Gardo - Finance Apprentice
After passing her Maths and Further Maths A Levels at The Commonweal Sixth form, Louise Joined the Team as an Apprentice in the Accounts Department. She is Currently Studying for her AAT Level 2 Exams and is a Voluntary Swim Coach.
Louise’s Hobbies include Competitive Swimming and Partying at the weekends!
Trisha Telles - Conveyancing Legal Assistant
Trisha is currently studying LLB Law with Management Studies at Aston University. Trisha joined the firm’s conveyancing department in 2018 during her placement year, after finishing her second year with a 2:1.
Trisha has worked for the Swindon Marriott Hotel for over 4 years and has volunteered for charities such as the Citizens Advice Bureau and Personal Support Unit in Birmingham, where she has helped the local community and litigants in persons with a range of legal issues.
During her leisure time, Trisha loves reading, shopping, cooking, exploring new places and socialising with friends and family.
Yasmin Mahmood – Office Apprentice
Yasmin completed her GCSE’s in June 2018. She joined the firm in January 2019 as an office apprentice and hopes to complete her level 2 qualification by January 2020 to then progress to level 3.
Outside of work, Yasmin likes to go to new places and spend time with family.
Abigail Fulford - Paralegal Apprentice
Abi completed her GCSE’s in 2017 at Ribston Hall High School in Gloucester. She then studied 3 A-Levels at Cirencester College in Law, Psychology and English Literature/Language (combined), which she completed in June 2019. She is now undertaking a Paralegal Apprenticeship with the Firm and hopes to eventually qualify as a Solicitor without going to University.
Outside of work, Abi enjoys spending time with her family, sailing, skiing, and eating chocolate!
Tabitha Ford - Paralegal Apprentice
Tabitha joined the firm at the end of July 2019 as a Paralegal Apprentice in the Conveyancing department, assisting with all types of transactions from Sales and Purchases, to Transfers of Equity and Re-Mortgages. Prior to this, Tabitha worked as a Personal Banker at NatWest and has also achieved a Certificate of Higher Education in Law at Bournemouth University.
Outside of work, Tabitha loves all things make up and fashion, spending time with her family and walking her pet pug Rupert.
