Lucy Daniels - LLB (Hons)

Conveyancer and Trainee Solicitor

Lucy graduated from the University of the West of England in 2014 with a 2:1 Degree in Law LLB. She then undertook the Legal Practice Course LLM alongside working at a local law firm where she worked her way up from Secretary to Fee-earner.

Lucy works in the Residential Conveyancing department and specialises in a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.  She aims to provide her clients with a high-quality service and to provide her clients with concise advice set out in plain English. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys going on adventures with her two young daughters, walking in the countryside with her dogs and is currently rehabilitating an ex-racehorse with hopes of eventing in the future.
