Success In The High Court

Asif Robbani, Solicitor-Advocate from francis george solicitor-advocate, a Director at one of the top firms in Swindon has recently appeared in the High Court before Mrs Justice Roberts.

Asif has only recently qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate and was able to put his new found skills to the test which resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. Asif obtained a General Civil Restraint Order and other injunctive Orders on behalf of the firm following a series of vexatious applications.

Francis, the Managing Director of the firm, has also recently appeared in the High Court in a complicated and sensitive matter. It is likely this case will be reported and the firm will continue to provide updates in this regard.
