Personal Injury

We have a number of years experience in dealing with personal injury legal matters, including Road Traffic Accidents, Slips and Trips and Accidents at Work.

Apart from the impact an injury can have on your health or mental wellbeing, you may be unable to work, leaving you with serious financial consequences.

Most of these cases are resolved without litigation and our experience often allows us to resolve them at no cost to the client.

If litigation is necessary, our Solicitor-Advocates will deal with the case from start to finish. Subject to our view on the strength of the case, they are frequently dealt with on a Damages Based Agreement where this Firm’s charge (up to a maximum of 25%) will only be payable if your claim succeeds. Other disbursements may be payable and our Solicitors will provide detailed and regular advice as your matter proceeds.

Regardless of the complexity of your case, if you have had an accident that wasn’t your fault in the last three years and wish to enquire about making a claim, our personal injury lawyers will be able to provide initial advice about your injury claim without charge or obligation.

Meet the team

I needed documents to be witnessed and signed. After phoning around what felt like every solicitors in Swindon with a “No we can’t help” reply on every call, I contacted Francis George and spoke to Ross.
He was friendly, incredibly helpful and booked me in the same evening for an appointment. Documents posted off half and hour later!
Professional, friendly and so helpful.
