Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and recognise the incredible contribution women make across the legal profession and beyond.

The number of women qualifying as solicitors continues to grow, and the profession is stronger for it. However, there is still progress to be made to ensure women are equally represented at senior levels across the industry.
